How can I register my product?
After you log in your account, you will find the option for product registration on the upper right menu list. There you can register your product(s) by entering the product name and the corresponding category to which it belongs.
When can I register my product(s)?

The product registration platform is always open.

You can check Calendar for the corresponding deadlines here: https://www.taste-institute.com/en/pricing-details/calendar

We strongly suggest not to wait until the end of the deadlines to register your products, in order to ensure a slot in the corresponding tasting sessions.

I cannot find the corresponding category for my product.
The product category is used mostly for our internal planning. You can choose the category which is closest to your product. In case this is still not possible, you can choose ‘Other Food/Drink Product’ and contact your Business Consultant.
I do not have an account. How can I create one?

You can create an account by clicking the “Log in” button on our home page. You will simply need to submit your e-mail and some contact details.

For security reasons we will send you by email a 6-digit verification code which you will need to activate your account. You should receive the email with the verification code within 1 minute.

Once your account is verified you can log in your account with your email and the password you’ve chosen.

I did not receive the verification code email, what to do?
Please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email with your verification code please contact us at info@taste-institute.com
I forgot my password. Can you send it to me?
All passwords are encrypted and no one has access to them. If you do not remember your password, you can set a new one. Click the option ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the instructions on the screen. If you do not receive the verification email or have any other difficulties, please contact us.
My company participated in the past, but another colleague had registered products. How can I access this account?
Please contact us and we will help you.
I want to change the email address of my account. How can I do it?
Please contact us and we will do the change for you.
I cannot log in my account

Please check one of the following:

  • - Our website is not compatible with MS Internet Explorer. Please try to log in with Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari
  • - Make sure you are using the correct email address linked to your account
  • - Make sure you enter correctly your password
